The words Harley-Davidson and H-D and all H-D part numbers and model designations are used in reference only. Skull Enterprises is in no way associated with or authorized by Harley-Davidson Motor Co. to manufacture and sell any of the engine and accessories described in this catalog.
The installation of Skull Enterprises parts may void or otherwise adversely affect your factory warranty. It is the sole and exclusive responsibility of the user to determine the suitability of the product for his or her use, and the user shall assume all legal, personal injury risk and all other obligations, duties and risks associated therewith.
ALL PRODUCTS ARE SOLD AS IS AND ARE NOT DOT APPROVED.
Skull enterprises makes NO WARRANTIES what so ever, expressed or implied, oral or written to purchasers.
Please check your local laws regarding the leagality of non DOT aprooved headlights.
All orders will be sent via USPS or UPS, (No C.O.D. orders please.) Visa or MasterCard accepted. Company checks will be accepted from those whose financial histories warrant it. Any personal checks will be held until cleared by bank. Any orders from outside the USA must be prepaid in US funds via wire transfer; a transfer fee will apply. Orders can be faxed, e-mailed, sent in by mail, or called in by phone.
We reserve the right to increase prices between catalog printings if we receive cost increases.
Skull Enterprises makes an ongoing effort to improve parts availability; however, back orders cannot always be avoided. Items not in stock at the time of order will be placed on back order at the customer's request. Once parts are available the customer will be notified (only once) by phone for authorization to ship, order will be canceled if authorization is not received within one week. The customer shall assume responsibility of notifying Skull Enterprises if parts are no longer needed. Invoice will show the items that have been backordered.
Customer will be charged a 20% restocking fee, and will be inspected for determination of credit. Shipments must be inspected by the customer immediately upon receipt to insure they are complete or undamaged. Claim for damages must be made with the carrier at once. Skull Enterprises must be notified within (5) working days of the receipt of a shipment of any damages or shortages. All goods returned for inspection must be shipped freight prepaid to Skull Enterprises. No return on ELECTRICAL PARTS for credit. No credit will be issued for less than $10.00.
All merchandise distributed by Skull Enterprises is only guaranteed in accordance with the manufacturers own terms of warranty. Claim evaluation will be made in a just and prompt manner by the manufacturer. The manufacturers shall be solely responsible for any damage to person or property arising from the design, manufacture, testing and use of its products, and we accept no liability for such damages. Due to conditions beyond our control, chrome cannot be guaranteed after it is placed in service.
Skull Enterprises has no control over the usage of any part. Skull Enterprises expects their customers to exercise good judgement as to the proper selection, installation, use and maintenance of any part. Skull Enterprises assumes no responsibility for damage or injury of any kind because of the misuse or improper application of any part in any way by any person. Skull Enterprises shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages whatsoever.
